Accompanying person fee includes: welcome reception and conference dinner.
The Registration fee DOES NOT include meals, except for the conference dinner.
Accommodation at Aquila Rithymna Beach hotel (venue) includes breakfast and lunch (half board), excluding drinks. Participants who have made their own accommodation arrangements at another hotel, may still have lunch at Aquila Rithymna Beach, covering the buffet lunch cost, 22 euros per person per lunch, excluding drinks, by themselves.
